All items sold through our online shop are for final sale, as we allow no returns or exchanges. If a mistake was made on our behalf we will be more than happy to fix it, within a timely manner once notified.

Our head office ships purchases everyday out of the business weekday. All orders take 3-5 business days to process, if your purchase item is in stock. If an item is marked PRE-ORDER, please read the product description as shipping time will vary on the production time. In any case the shipping process is prolonged for any reason you will be notified by email.

Products may arrive damaged by the shipping process beyond our offices. If for any reason your purchase is damaged please contact us to report a damaged shipment.
